This mixed blessing of incredibly low mortgage interest rates and the accompanying refinance boom has made it necessary for me to restrict my work to my regular established clients. It goes against my capitalistic insticts to turn away work but alas, until things ease up a bit, I must.  So, if you are not one of my longstanding regulars, I won't be able to help you at this time. Need a referral to another appraiser?
